Filmmaker Allison de Fren, a professor of Visual Studies at Occidental College, will be on campus screening her film on imaginaries of the artificial female in the sex doll and robotics industries, "The Mechanical Bride." Her visit is coordinated by the UA Honors College. The film screening will take place at the Center for Creative Photography.
