Samuel Steinberg is Assistant Professor of Spanish and Portuguese at USC since July 2012. His research and teaching engage modern and contemporary Latin American literature and visual culture, as well as critical theory and political thought. His recent work has appeared or is forthcoming in Política ComúnMexican Studies, and Revista Hispánica Moderna. Currently he is finishing the book manuscript Photopoetics at Tlatelolco.
