Working Hours
Normal working hours are from 8:00am until 5:00pm. We do not provide after-hours support for desktop or laptops, but we constantly monitor our servers for maximum uptime. If you require service for off-site equipment, you can be drop it off in Modern Languages (MML) 345 during working hours with appropriate peripherals and contact information. We will contact you to pick it up when work is completed or we can drop it by your office.
