Dr. Denis M. Provencher, Professor and Head of the Department of French and Italian, has just been awarded a grant from the University of Arizona’s Institute for LGBT Studies, in partnership with the UA Confluencenter for Creative Inquiry, for his project Queer Language(s) Across Borders. This $3,000 seed grant is intended to support innovative and interdisciplinary research and writing projects that can turn into collaborative proposals for external funding.
