Classroom Assessment for Language Teaching (CALT) conference

3 to 4:30 p.m., Nov. 3 to 4, 2017

The second annual Classroom Assessment for Language Teaching (CALT) conference will be held Nov. 3 and 4 at the University of Arizona. 

Hosted by the Center for English as a Second Language, the conference will focus on assessment as it relates to students and teachers in the language classroom. It is the only conference of its type focused exclusively on this long-neglected area of assessment in ESL/EFL contexts. Conference chairs are Eddy White, CESL assessment coordinator and associate professor of second language acquisition and teaching, and Mariana Menchola-Blanco, CESL teacher trainer coordinator.

• Achievement Testing, Linking Teaching and Assessment
