Announcing the 2019-20 NCI Graduate Fellowships

The National Center for Interpretation and the Graduate College are pleased to announce the competition for the 2019-20 NCI Graduate Fellowships.

Awards: Two cash awards, each consisting of $6,250, and three .50 Graduate Tuition Scholarships for a semester each (all provided by the Graduate College).

DescriptionNCI’s Graduate Fellowships support individual graduate students from the College of Humanities with translation and interpreting studies research projects. Graduate Fellowships are one-time awards for individual applicants. Applicants should propose activities that can be completed within one semester. Projects must be finished by the end of the spring semester 2020. 

Before preparing a proposal, applicants should familiarize themselves with the mission, vision, research, and training programs NCI supports.

Proposal Due Date: March 15, 2019 (before 5 p.m.) to scolina@email.arizona.edu

Award Announcement Date: April 30, 2019. 

Project Implementation Date: 2019-2020 Academic Year.

Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program (Ph.D. preferred but not required) at the University of Arizona.
