New Books in French Studies Podcast: Interview with Denis Provencher

Denis M. Provencher, Head of the Department of French and Italian, is featured in the latest New Books in French Studies podcast.

The interview centers on Provencher’s 2017 book Queer Maghrebi French: Language, Temporalities, Transfiliations, which was the honorable mention recipient for the Ruth Benedict Book Prize from the Association for Queer Anthropology.

Provencher spoke with Roxanne Panchasi, Associate Professor in the Department of History at Simon Fraser University, about his book and research.
