Deputy Consul Stefan Biedermann of the German Consulate General Los Angeles is visiting the Department to talk about his experiences in the foreign service and the current state of the European Union. Biedermann will offer students a rare inside look at the world of international politics and the current state of the European Union, it's financial crisis and his personal opinion on topics currently shaping the European landscape. Biedermann, a native of Bavaria who has served as a diplomat for 19 years will be visiting the University of Arizona next Monday.
