Benny Pough: Hip-Hop, Business and Betting on Yourself

Music industry veteran Benny Pough has left an indelible mark on the music industry as an executive, helping shape the sound and culture of music worldwide. With executive roles at labels Motown Def Jam, Epic Records and MCA Records, culminating in his role as President of Roc Nation, he helped to propel the careers of superstars like Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Future, DJ Khaled and 21 Savage. Pough will reflect on and discuss experiences from his three decades in music, as well as his memoir On Impact: Life, Leadership and Betting on Yourself.
