Die Mauer and Memory: Looking back at the Rise and Fall of the Berlin Wall

Join the College of Humanities’ Department of German Studies for a presentation and reception commemorating the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Susan Crane with the Department of History will present "Die Mauer and Memory: Looking back at the Rise and Fall of the Berlin Wall" followed by a light reception. This event is free and open to the public.

Throughout the week, the German Studies Department will host several events recognizing the fall of the Berlin Wall. All events are enabled through the generous support from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Information Center, The Department of German Studies, The School of Government and Public Policy and the Center for Border and Global Journalism.
