As part of the "Germany in Europe" series, the College of Humanities invites you to attend an exciting performance of German language and culture featuring Austrian Author Phillip Weiss on Friday, April 11th at 5:00 p.m. in the Poetry Center Rubel Room. The German department Max Kade Writer-in-Residence and distinguished Austrian author Phillip Weiss will read from his works in German followed by a reading in English. Fisch out of Water presents poetry readings of German poetry in multiple languages. UA Student posters featuring their interpretations of “Germany in Europe” will be on display and the poster winners announced. A reception will follow. This event is free and open to the public.
