UA Prose Series: Joy Williams

The UA Prose Series, curated by faculty of the Creative Writing Program at the UA, presents prose writers of distinction.

The UA Poetry Center is proud to present Joy Williams.

Joy Williams is the author of four novels, five story collections, and the book of essays Ill Nature. She’s been nominated for the National Book Award, the Pulitzer Prize, and the National Book Critics Circle Award. Her most recent book is Ninety-Nine Stories of God. She lives in Tucson, Arizona, and Laramie, Wyoming. 

UA Prose Series readings are co-sponsored by the UA College of Social & Behavioral Sciences and the Department of English.
